I’ve been a Nationally Certified Licensed massage therapist in Anchorage since    1993 with a background in biology, yoga and art. I work gently but deeply, using

the appropriate technique.

I’ve been trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Acupressure, Trager Therapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Myofascial Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and Aromatherapy using Young Living essential oils.

I can also help you with appropriate exercises or stretches to facilitate your healing. Young Living Oils are also available for sale.
